Take me to the Kickstarter Campaign! Those of you that follow Draco Studios, and in particular Dragonbond will know that we have been working on Endless Sagas – the new RPG line for the Dragonbond fantasy Universe. The original plan was to release three books in a kickstarter this year, but we just have so much content that we want to take some time to do everything justice. The three books are still coming but a little later than planned and in the meantime there will be a new kickstarter to get excited about – and wow are we excited about it!

Draco Studios announces Itza’s Guide to Dragonbonding, a 5e supplement filled to the brim with 300+ pages of exciting dragon-focused content.

As you might expect from the name, dragons take the central role of this supplement. Giving players and GM the tools they need to introduce the Dragonbond mechanic meaning that player-characters have the chance to form symbiotic relationships with dragon companions, growing and advancing together without unbalancing the party composition.

In Itza’s Guide to Dragonbonding, players can find rules for exhilarating mounted combat on dragonback, new and exciting combat rules for slaying dragons, a new mechanic for draconic spellcasting involving the ever mysterious Draconic Runes and seven new awe inspiring Dragon Broods, each with different schemes and goals.

Itza’s guide to dragonbonding is told from the perspective of Itza, a farseeing necromancer, wise in the ways of life and death, who knows the worth of sharing her observations with adventurers seeking the power of dragons. Featured in this book:

  • 7 new dragon broods and their associated stats
  • Rules for bonding, and adventuring with one or more dragons in your party
  • 3 x New Classes: Dragon Hunter, Dragon Herald, Vaala Adept
  • 8 x New Subclasses
  • 3 x New races
  • 9 x Subraces
  • Rules for fighting alongside dragons including aerial combat
  • Rules for fighting against dragons
  • Two new magic systems
  • 50+ new monsters
  • Encounter generator

Phew – that’s a LOT of Dragons to fit in one book! Go to the Kickstarter

Awesome blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers? I'm planning to start my own blog soon but I'm a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I'm totally overwhelmed .. Any ideas? Bless you!
